The Five S's of Wine Tasting

Our most popular tasting option for four years and running! This is a true tasting experience as our Tasting Associates step you through the See, Swirl, Smell, Sip and Savor of wine tastings. Our Tasting Room Associates will guide your palette through a selection of seven (7) of our award winning wines from our entire Wine List. Wines will be poured in the traditional manner of white to red and then dry to sweet. Your tasting journey will conclude with a tasting of one of our infusions or ports.
The Big "Red" Wine Tasting

This noteworthy flight is designed to explore flavor, varietal, and vintage profiles of red wines. If you want to explore and discover what red wine is all about - this tasting will be perfect for you!
Generations - Notes of spices, plum and cherry can be found in this medium-bodied dry red.
Heritage '10 - Blended, full-bodied dry red. This wine has been barrel-aged for a minimum of 12 months.
Heritage HSR '09 - This Bordeaux style blend is heavy and complex with generous tannins, and is great now or cellar worthy.
Cabernet Sauvignon '10 - This estate-grown dry red is medium-bodied, with ample varietal character.
Cabernet Sauvignon '08 - This estate-grown dry red offers classic cherry and plum flavors.
Cabernet Franc '09 - This wine is intense and robust, yet lingers with ample fruit into complex varietal character.
Cabernet Franc '10 - Classic in style, this Cabernet Franc wine is heavy bodied, rich and robust.
